It was a few weeks ago when I was booked as the wedding videographer for Carla and Paul. Thornton Manor located in Thornton Hough was a perfect choice for their wedding. Its a stunning place. I always look forward to going back there, it’s a venue that I enjoy every time I visit. The day began at the Gate House where Carla, and her bridesmaids got ready for the day. As the makeup was applied and everyone’s hair perfected, I began filming their story. There is nothing like the buildup to the ceremony, so many emotions that I always make sure to capture. We then headed over to the ceremony room which is an awesome location. It was the perfect setting for Carla and Paul to say their wedding vows and tie the knot. The Ceremony was followed by a delightful reception with group shots outside and wedding festivities in the main building. Myself and the photographer of the day took the happy couple around the beautiful gardens of the venue and captured some amazing shots.
The more Spring weddings I film, the more I enjoy them. We had a really sunny day, which made Carla and Paul really happy and was the icing on the cake. The guests enjoyed a delightful wedding breakfast and the speakers prepared to deliver their speeches. Every speech is unique and I never get bored of shooting them. We were blessed with a stunning sunset which we made the most of. The day ended with Carla and Paul and their guests rocking the dance floor to their DJ. It was a true honour to be their wedding videographer and Its a wedding that I won’t forget in a long time.
